AC
This provides ionisation with alternating current at high voltage with a frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz. It has been the most popular method of static control for many years. It is reliable and relatively inexpensive. Most Meech equipment uses AC technology.

Pulsed DC
A recent technology which uses pulsed, dual polarity direct curent at a high voltage. The frequency, power and polarity of the emission can be varied to give long range static neutralisation and other unique qualities.

DC Static Generation
Meech's third technology is used to create static rather than to eliminate it. Controlled levels of DC are used to generate static electricity, which is a useful tool in many industrial applications.
